Interface preview · demo data
Four needs. One space.
01
Structure
Turn your booking system data into a consistent catalog: products, options, participant categories.
02
Enrich
Clear, complete, verifiable listings, checked before every publication. Your source is never modified.
03
Distribute and measure
Prepare AI assistants’ access to your experiences and follow the lookups actually observed.
04
Operate
Departures, guides, participants, messages and tickets, tied to every booking.
How it works
From your booking system to a publishable listing.
- 1
Connect
Link your booking system and check read access.
- 2
Select
Choose the products you want to work on in Groundstars.
- 3
Enrich
Complete description, highlights, inclusions, meeting point and media.
- 4
Check
Rule validation, then an AI Check on the saved content.
- 5
Publish
Explicit publication, revision by revision, in the Groundstars catalog.
- 6
Measure
Track the calls and lookups recorded through your integrations.
Catalog
Your source stays intact. Your listings get clearer.
Groundstars imports your products, options and units, then helps you build a complete listing alongside the original data. Counters, checks and a completeness score show what is left to do.
Interface preview · demo data
AI distribution
Every channel, with its real status.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral: for each target, you see whether the integration is available, configured, tested or failing. Nothing is shown as connected until it is.
Interface preview · demo data
AI impact
What is observed. And only that.
Searches, listing lookups and availability requests recorded through your integrations, by period and by product. Citations and attributed sales stay “not measured” until their source is connected.
Interface preview · demo data
- A call is not a unique user.
- A returned product is not a display to a traveler.
- A lookup is not a booking.
Operations
Every departure, under control.
Day, week or month planning, sessions without a guide, manifests and check-in: your team sees what matters today, and every indicator opens the list behind it.

Customer relations
One conversation per booking.
Messages, separate internal notes, templates, translation and scheduled tickets, in one place. Your customers find the meeting point and their documents from a private link.

Control
You stay in charge.
Source preserved
An import or an editorial correction never modifies your booking system.
Explicit publication
Nothing goes out without approval. A draft never replaces a published revision.
Role-based access
Guides, support, catalog, admin: everyone sees only what they need.
Separate demo
Demo data never reaches your customers or your supplier.
Frequently asked questions
Who is Groundstars for?
Professionals who sell experiences: tour and excursion operators, activities, attractions and ticketing, and their catalog, operations and support teams.
Do I have to replace my booking system?
No. Groundstars connects to your booking system and reads it. It remains your source for products, prices, availability and bookings.
Which suppliers can actually be connected?
Rezdy, in early access. OCTO-compatible suppliers are planned: each connector will be validated separately before being announced.
What does Groundstars change in my source?
Nothing on import or editorial correction. Only price adjustments, if you use them, write to your supplier, with preview, re-reading and confirmation.
What is the difference between a ready listing, a published product and a connected channel?
A ready listing has passed its checks. A published product is distributed in the Groundstars catalog. A connected channel is an external integration activated and tested. Three distinct states.
Do my products appear in AI assistants automatically?
No. Groundstars prepares structured data and dedicated access. Display depends on each assistant and on an activated integration; no visibility is guaranteed.
