GROUND STARS

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers, including about what is not available yet.

Who is Groundstars for?

Professionals who sell experiences: tour and excursion operators, activities, attractions and ticketing, and their catalog, operations and support teams.

Do I have to replace my booking system?

No. Groundstars connects to your booking system and reads it. It remains your source for products, prices, availability and bookings.

Which suppliers can actually be connected?

Rezdy, in early access. OCTO-compatible suppliers are planned: each connector will be validated separately before being announced.

What does Groundstars change in my source?

Nothing on import or editorial correction. Only price adjustments, if you use them, write to your supplier, with preview, re-reading and confirmation.

What is the difference between a ready listing, a published product and a connected channel?

A ready listing has passed its checks. A published product is distributed in the Groundstars catalog. A connected channel is an external integration activated and tested. Three distinct states.

Do my products appear in AI assistants automatically?

No. Groundstars prepares structured data and dedicated access. Display depends on each assistant and on an activated integration; no visibility is guaranteed.

What does the AI impact dashboard measure?

Calls recorded through your integrations: searches, listing lookups, availability requests, with their successes and failures. Not citations or sales, until their sources are connected.

Can I choose my products and withdraw a publication?

Yes. You select which products to use, publish explicitly and can withdraw a publication or set a product aside, reversibly.

What access should I give guides and support?

Separate roles: a guide only sees assigned sessions, support sees authorized bookings and conversations. Rights are checked server-side.

How do conversation and tickets work for customers?

Each customer gets a private link to their booking: meeting point, conversation with the team and tickets made available at the scheduled time. They never see internal notes.

Which features are available today?

The Platform page shows, for each module, whether it is in early access, being verified, in preparation or planned. We confirm it with you during the demo.

How do I request access or a proposal?

Through the demo form or by email. We talk about your business, then send you a written proposal.
