The problem
Data built for selling, not for understanding.
Booking systems hold prices, slots and codes. Rarely a clear description, highlights, a precise meeting point or readable conditions. And every channel gets a different version.
The outcome
A reference listing, verifiable and multilingual.
Each experience has a structured listing, checked and explicitly published. Operational data stays in your source; editorial lives in Groundstars.
From source to publication.
- 1
Read the source
Name, code, status, main image and sync date of every product.
- 2
Select
Preview before importing. Set a product aside locally, restore it anytime.
- 3
Import
Product, options and units, over an authorized availability window.
- 4
Enrich
Guided sections, character counters, errors next to the field.
- 5
Check
Rule validation, then an AI Check on the saved content.
- 6
Publish
Explicit publication. The last approved revision stays live while you edit.
Everything a listing should say.
Identity and characteristics
Title, experience type, city, main attraction, duration, languages, guiding, transport.
Presentation
Short and long description, three to five highlights, keywords, places visited.
Inclusions and conditions
Included, not included, practical information, unsuitable audiences, items to bring, emergency contact.
Meeting point
Address, instructions, photo and directions link. A justified “not applicable” when there is no physical place.
Media
Ordered images, main image, captions and alt text, authorized videos.
Revisions and history
Every save creates a revision. Author, date and action are kept.
AI Check
A careful review. A human decision.
The AI Check reviews the saved content, flags up to three priority corrections and shows a before/after. Nothing is applied without your action, and no price, time or condition is invented.

Prerequisites
- A supported booking system (Rezdy today).
- Read access to your catalog.
- At least one image and one practical detail per experience.
What this module does not do
- Groundstars does not modify your catalog in your booking system.
- The completeness score is not a ranking in an AI assistant.
- Restoring a set-aside product does not republish it automatically.
Frequently asked questions
What happens on a new sync?
Your editorial revisions are preserved. If the source changes, relevant differences are shown to you: nothing is silently overwritten.
Can I withdraw an experience?
Yes. Setting a product aside is local and reversible: it removes the product from Groundstars distribution and keeps the editorial, without touching the product at your supplier.
Can the AI Check change my listing on its own?
No. It suggests, you compare, you apply to the draft, then you save. A field edited during generation is never overwritten.
