AI distribution
Get your catalog ready for AI assistants.
Structured listings, dated availability and precise lookup tools: what an assistant needs to understand your experiences.
Interface preview · demo data
The problem
Assistants answer with whatever they find.
Travelers ask precise questions: duration, language, accessibility, times. Without structured, up-to-date data, answers rely on incomplete or outdated pages.
The outcome
Reliable data, ready to be looked up.
Only published products are exposed, with their freshness, currency, time zone and limits. Each channel shows its real status, from “not configured” to “active”.
How an assistant looks up your catalog.
- 1
Search
Text, city, dates, group size, maximum price.
- 2
Look up
The published listing, with its options and conditions.
- 3
Check availability
Dated slots, with truncation flagged.
- 4
Measure
Every call is recorded, with no prompt or traveler data.
Clear statuses, channel by channel.
Seven explicit states
Unavailable, not configured, configuring, test passed, active, error, suspended.
Last test and errors
For each channel: accessible scope, last test date and next action.
Structured tools
Search, listing and availability. Admin tools stay separate from public ones.
Per-company isolation
Authentication, scopes and quotas before any remote access.
Prerequisites
- Experiences published in the Groundstars catalog.
- An available, activated integration for the channel.
What this module does not do
- No external channel is connected today: they are in preparation.
- Publishing in Groundstars guarantees neither indexing, display nor ranking in an assistant.
- Search is text-based; no personalized recommendation is claimed.
Frequently asked questions
Will my products appear in ChatGPT automatically?
No. Groundstars prepares quality data and structured access; display in an assistant depends on that assistant and on an activated integration.
Does my AI Check key connect a channel?
No. The AI Check and distribution are two separate things: each channel is configured and tested on its own.
